Lance Hayes, MBA, is a healthcare administrator, U.S. Air Force veteran, and a member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc. Based in San Antonio, Texas, Lance founded HouseholdAnchor to solve the "Household Filing Cabinet" problem that leaves many families without a calm, organized space for continuity. He built HouseholdAnchor on the principle of "calm intelligence," ensuring that family planning remains private, educational, and never urgent.

I built HouseholdAnchor because I watched military families — including my own — struggle with the same invisible crisis: the knowledge, documents, and plans that one person carries alone. When that person deploys, or gets sick, or simply isn't available — everything they held together becomes a scramble. No family should face that. This is the tool I wished we had.
